At BRAVEN LONDON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your summer wardrobe. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@bravenlondon.com. If your return is accepted, you must return the product to our logistics centre. We will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: If the product is not damaged and the correct item was delivered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. In these specific cases, BRAVEN LONDON will cover the costs of return shipping or restocking.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom-made products (special orders or personalised items).
- Personal care products (such as beauty products or earrings for hygiene reasons).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and Gift Cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK Statutory Cancellation Right (14-Day Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused, with tags, and original packaging) and proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
