After you place your order, we will send you two emails: an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation as soon as we have dispatched your package.

If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it is not there, please contact our customer support at support@bravenlondon.com with the email address you wish to use for your order so that we can ensure you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Processing and preparing your order for dispatch takes 2 to 6 working days after placement, depending on stock availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our logistics centre.

Shipping typically takes 9 to 12 business days after processing. If an item is in low stock, there may be an additional delay of 2 to 3 business days. Please be assured that we are doing our best to deliver your summer essentials as quickly as possible.

If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order is shipped. In some cases, minor address adjustments can be made even after shipment, but this is not guaranteed.
